Note to self: don't put your mobile phone in the vicinity of your coffee.
Note to self 2: don't switch it off and on immediately after you've dipped the coffee off your phone. Check first with someone who knows this stuff, if that doesn't shortcircuit the whole thing because it isn't dry yet underneath.
Mwaaaahhhh!!!!!!!!!!! I'm temporarily without mobile phone. Not a good state of mind.

Oh, I know that feeling. Not good. You have a replacement on order?
jeans
I have an old phone I can use for now, and my N95 is lying about at my parents, unused, so I can pick that one up in about a week.
But I'm hoping it'll work (fully) once it's completely dried out...
Jeans would know! :p :D
Have you tried the setting it in a cup of rice to absorb any excess moisture tactic?
Kenny ;)
Uhmmmm, I don't think that I know that feeling. :)
Diane
Didn't have to do the cup of rice thing (I don't HAVE rice in the house to begin with, since I don't cook).
After about 10 hours - 10 loooooong hours - the phone started to work all by itself again, thank goodness.
Wow, you REALLY don't cook. I barely cook myself, but I do have rice in the house. (My honey cooks, I grocery shop...and occasionally bake).
Glad the phone is working again!
Kenny
In other words, your honey has rice in the house (and you). ;-)
Thanks goodness for my mom. And those kind-of-healthy-microwave meals...
